2020 Parent Teacher Interviews

Dear Parents and Carers,

 

Parent-Teacher interviews will be held this year during Weeks 3 – 6 of Term 3. Due to the current situation parent/teacher interviews will be held over the phone. Below is the overview of the phone interviews. The interview schedule will be in 15 minute blocks. This will give the staff time to conclude the interview and ring the next parent. Please be respectful of other parents and adhere to your allocated time.

The interviews will be organised online. The quickest way to access the website and to arrange an interview time is to go to   www.schoolinterviews.com.au/code

In the Event code box, enter the code a629p and follow the three steps for setting up an interview time:

a. Enter your details

             b. Make a teacher selection

             c. Choose your time

 

Please note that parent/teacher interviews will open on Monday 27^th July at 8am and close at 4 pm on Friday 31^st July. The school will not be sending out Parent/Teacher Interview information confirming times. The booking time that you choose is confirmed by email to you.

If you are not able to access the internet; please come to the office and ask to speak to Mrs D’Arrigo for assistance.

Interviews are strictly 10 minutes and may not be recorded. If you require more time, please contact your teacher directly to make alternative arrangements.

You may change interview bookings at any time prior to the closing date, by re-visiting the www.schoolinterviews.com.au website and using the event code. You will need to use the same name and email address that you used when you made your original booking.
